HST break
WOW!!! Thank goodness the provincial goevernmrnt has announced that they will give new home owners a break on the HST which is becoming law in July 2010. Yes buyers of homes under $525,000.00 will be exempt of the provincial portion of HST. That means it will not affect those purchases. Still not enough because most houses in the lower mainland sell for a higher amount, but it is a start.
