Real Estate Market is turning
WOW! It is about time..... the market is turning the corner in our city. Yes the Vancouver Sun newspaper had a large article on the front page of the business secton of Friday's paper say just that. Sales in March were up over February by 48 % althoung they are still down by -23% comparing March 2008 to March 2009. Let's just concentrate on the good news and not focus on the negative. Things are looking great.
